Big Nubian anklets, Egypt
Pair of hollow silver Nubian anklets, with etched and gilded silver appliqué decoration. The pair is nearly identical, although there are small diferences between them. Worn by Rashaida women and other Nubian tribes that are spread out in the Red Sea area.
From 1st half of 20th century or earlier.
Silver has been tested as high grade.
