Lawa ivory earplugs, Laos
Old ivory earplugs from one of the Hill tribe people, most probably the Lawa mon khmer from Laos. They have to be worn on extended earlobes holes.
Dimensions:3,5 x 2 cm each
The object has been examined by an ivory appraiser and has a certificate stating that the ivory predates 1947.
