Kirdi iron necklace, Cameroon

Kirdi is the name for a combination of ethnic groups who inhabit northwestern Cameroon and northeastern Nigeria.

This adornment was made with iron beads (diameter 12 mm) and three iron pendants, the middle one with some etched decoration on the surface. Similar adornments with longer pendants are used as cache-sex in the same region.
