Big silver “tower ring”, Yemen
Big and impressive old Yemeni ring, called “tower ring”. Made with high-grade silver, decorated with filigree work. The whole ring has an extraordinary old and worn patina.
From the end of 19th or beginning of 20th Century.
Some of these rings from Yemen were also very much appreciated by the Rashaïda people.
Size of the ring (inner diameter): 18 mm
The top tower of the ring is 2,3 cm high (0,91 in).
