According to Marjorie Ransom in “Silver treasures from the land of Sheba”, this type of necklaces were made in Najran, Saudi Arabia by Wasabi silversmiths. Some decades ago Najran was part of Yemen.
From mid 20th century.
Made with low-grade silver and glass beads.
